Shipping/Handling Charges: Shipping charges and a handling charge are applied to each item. Shipping/Handling charges may need to be adjusted for items that ship in multiple boxes or if the combined weight is in excess of 150lbs. These charges apply for most of the continental US; higher rates apply for states outside of the continental US and for International shipments. Shipping Information: Products are usually shipped the next business day after the order is placed; Product shipment and product arrival during these time periods is contingent upon payment approval. Expect product delivery 1 to 6 business days after the order is processed. Tax Information: NY residents only. This merchant is dedicated to bringing customers high-quality, name-brand products. We reserve the right to substitute brand for any item listed in the catalog. You will be charged the lower or the same price depending from the brand. As this is an online store, all sales are cancellable within 24 hours from the order date (just login to the system and use my account control panel). All warranties are limited and as such do not cover compatibility of products with your system, misuse, mishandling, or lack of technical expertise. Returns and Exchanges: Please see our return policy. Shipping of Product: Shipping charges are non-refundable. The buyer must arrange for receipt of the product. If you will not be available at the shipping address when the carrier comes to deliver, please coordinate a solution with the carrier (such as leaving a delivery acceptance note on the door). All returned or refused shipments are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee to the buyer. There will be an additional fee to the buyer for incorrect or mistyped shipping addresses. Purchase Verification: First time purchasers may experience a small delay in the shipping of larger orders. All orders of five hundred dollars and over must be verified as described in our payment policy. Merchandise with an irregular shape, and large orders may require multiple boxes for shipping. In some instances due to the software used to calculate our shipping, there may need to be an adjustment in the price for these types of orders. We will notify the customer before making an adjustment to these orders in all cases, unless the customer states in the comments section they are aware of it, or the item listed specifically states that it qualifies for multiple box shipping in its description. United Parcel Service (UPS) UPS ground may take from 1 day to 5 days. This will vary depending time of year and the region being shipped to. Below are the listed UPS shipping methods. All packages shipped by UPS are potentially subjected to a 6-foot drop. UPS does not guarantee delivery times to residential areas. It is suggested that you have someone available at your intended delivery address during normal business hours. We will not ship a package to be left without signing under any circumstances. Federal Express (FedEx) FedEx is the preferred shipping method for fragile items. Packages shipped via FedEx are handled less by the Shipping Agent and make fewer changeovers along the route. It is suggested that you have someone available at your intended delivery address during normal business hours. We will not ship a package to be left without signing under any circumstances. FedEx package tracking is available online. Please use this to approximate the arrival time of your package, to be available to receive it. FedEx Ground Home FedEx Express Saver FedEx 2nd day FedEx Standart Overnight 3. United States Postal Service (USPS) USPS is available for shipping to APO & FPO addresses, or United States addresses where postal delivery of a package is more practical for the customer. Due to the nature of Postal shipping, we are only offering Priority Mail and Express Mail. It is suggested that you have someone available at your intended delivery address during normal business hours. We will not ship a package to be left without signing under any circumstances. The USPS does not currently offer online tracking with Priority Mail. Express mail does offer online tracking. We ship all USPS Priority Mail packages with signature required. Priority Mail (2 – 3 day) – This method is not guaranteed a delivery time during Holidays. Express Mail (Next day most areas) – This method is not guaranteed a delivery time during Holidays. International Shipping We do offer international shipping to our customers. Depending from the country we will find the shipping agent which best fits to our customer shipping needs.
